1. Ordering and Payment:
All orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram direct message.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, or any of our other online payment options (Stripe Payments, Zbooni Platform, Ziina Payment, WooPayments).
For custom orders, a minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
Prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Delivery:
We offer delivery services within the seven Emirates, subject to a delivery fee based on your location.
Delivery days and times are subject to availability and may vary. We delivery through a third-party company, therefore specific delivery timings cannot be predicted.
Bluemoon Bakehouse is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during delivery. We will do our best to assess and accommodate the situation that arises.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
To cancel an order that is still unpaid, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
If it is a customized order, please contact us at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will become store credit and will be valid for one year.
4. Quality and Allergens:
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Bluemoon Bakehouse is not a nut-free bakery, and we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.
5. Privacy and Data Security:
We collect and store customer information as required for order processing and customer service. Your data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property:

Returns and Refunds
TLDR: Once the payment has been processed, the purchased items are non refundable.
As our products are perishable, baked and decorated, our refund policy is as follows:
– No refund for uncollected items.
– If you change the delivery date, you will still have to pay for both items. We cannot resell any product that is not collected on the initial date.
– Cancellations and/or changes for custom orders must be made 3 days in advance of the scheduled delivery date: Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. The credit expires one year from the date of issuance. No cash refunds.
– If there is a defect in your product, please return it promptly in the same day of delivery. In this case, we may provide you a proportionate refund if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
– No refund will be given for an amount greater than the original purchase price (excluding additional fees, such as for delivery) regardless of the circumstance.
