Are the desserts made fresh?
Yes – the desserts will be made fresh on the day of delivery itself.
How do I store my desserts once I recieve them?
Ydoo’s Rangeena: Keep it in room temperature for up to 1 week, or put it in the fridge for longer and to maintain freshness.
Are you halal?
Yes – everything we make is halal.
How can I have Bluemoon delivered to me?
We offer door-to-door delivery where available. There are some areas we do not delivery to, find out more here.
What days do you offer delivery?
We deliver to all Emirates 💙 Order before 7pm for next day and earliest day delivery.
All week: Dubai, AD, Ajman, Fujairah, Sharjah
Every Friday: Al Ain
Every Thursday: RAK & UAQ
When can I expect my delivery?
Delivery occurs within a 5-hour window anytime from 4pm to 9pm. A specific time cannot be guaranteed as we work with a third-party company.
A member of their team will contact you once the order is ready or out for delivery.
What else do I need to know for delivery?
– Ensure the phone number you put on the order is reachable for smooth delivery.
– In case of a failed delivery, additional charges may apply to schedule a new delivery.
– No changes can be made to delivery address once the order is processed.
We currently do not offer pickup, and run solely as a delivery-only home bakehouse.
Can I order for the same day?
No – we currently don’t offer same day delivery or collections.
Does Bluemoon have any nut-free desserts?
We don’t currently offer any nut free desserts, but we are working on introducing a wide range of sweets and treats. So check back from time to time!
Please keep in mind that we work in a kitchen where nut, dairy, and egg products are stored and used, therefore there may be traces of them. We sanitize between batches, but cross contamination is always a possibility.
Do you make keto, gluten free, dairy free, or vegan options?
We do not currently offer keto, gluten free, dairy free, or vegan options. However, all our products are vegetarian friendly, and most are vegan friendly. Check the FAQs or ask us on Whatsapp.
