Returns and Refunds
TLDR: Once the payment has been processed, the purchased items are non refundable.
As our products are perishable, baked and decorated, our refund policy is as follows:
- No refund for uncollected items.
- If you change the delivery date, you will still have to pay for both items. We cannot resell any product that is not collected on the initial date.
- Cancellations and/or changes for custom orders must be made 3 days in advance of the scheduled delivery date: Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. The credit expires one year from the date of issuance. No cash refunds.
- If there is a defect in your product, please return it promptly in the same day of delivery. In this case, we may provide you a proportionate refund if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves.
- No refund will be given for an amount greater than the original purchase price (excluding additional fees, such as for delivery) regardless of the circumstance.
